⏳ Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you’re unable to attend a session.
Late cancellations may be charged the full session rate.

📄 Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.

Key Points:

• Applies to patients without insurance or not using insurance
• Includes costs for services, tests, prescriptions, equipment, and hospital fees
• Must be provided in writing at least 1 business day before your appointment
• You can request an estimate before scheduling
• If your bill is $400+ more than the estimate, you can dispute it
• Save a copy of your estimate for your records
